Why not celebrate this special day with a traditional marquee in our characteristic orchard, surrounded on all three sides by the tranquil River Chess - or have a grand feast in our Grade II listed Barn, and then dance the night away in one of our light, airy halls.

Complete venue hire from 8am to 12am on the day of the event.
Car parking & attendant (there is ample parking for up to 50 cars).
A duty manager on site throughout the day.
Tables and chairs in the Barn - it typically holds 80 people dining.
Access for setting up from 11am to 10pm on the day before.
A cleaner to be provided for 2 hours on the Sunday morning.

Hire terms:

Maximum number of 100 people for your event.
A damages deposit of £500 will be required.
Music finishes by 11pm and guests departed by midnight.
Premises must be cleared by 11am the day following the event.
No amplified music is permitted in the grounds or Barn.
Sound levels in main halls are subject to management approval.
No fireworks or Chinese sky lanterns are permitted.
Loudwater Farm operates a moderate drinking policy.
