Why not celebrate this special day with a traditional marquee in our characteristic orchard, surrounded on all three sides by the tranquil River
Chess - or have a grand feast in our Grade II listed Barn, and then dance the night away in one of our light, airy halls.

Also included in the Hire Package:

Complete venue hire from 8am to 12am on the day of the event.
Car parking & attendant (there is ample parking for up to 45 cars).
2 duty managers on site throughout the day.
Tables and chairs in the Barn - it typically holds 80 people seated
for dining, and 100 people in buffet-style dining.
You may have access for setting up from 1pm on the day before.

Total wedding package (for the above): £2,000.

extremely reliable and local to Loudwater.

Please note we are also happy if you choose to bring in your own caterers
or suppliers.

General Hire terms:

We can accommodate a max number of approx 100 people.
A damages deposit of £500 will be required in advance.
Music to finish by 11pm and guests departed by midnight.
Premises must be cleared by 8.30am the day following the event.
Music levels in main halls are subject to management approval.
No amplified music is permitted in the Grounds, or the Barn.
No fireworks or Chinese sky lanterns are permitted.
Loudwater Farm operates a moderate drinking policy.
