breakout spaces for your meeting, course or class at competitive rates.

• Please note we are currently unable to offer rooms for Acupuncture
treatment sessions.
Hire of the Treatment Rooms:
The
points listed below are intended to allow for the smooth running of a
multi-functional, multi-user centre for everyone’s benefit.
1. Rooms must be left in good order, as you would expect to find them.
The rooms have been set up aesthetically to provide the best working environment
we could for the user. Whilst you are obviously free to move things around
according to your own individual needs, they must be left in the order
as you found them. No equipment can be left in the rooms.
2. Rooms must be vacated completely by the stated finishing time. Otherwise
extra charges will be levied.
3. Please use the vacant/busy sign on your door, so that other people
know if the room is in use or not.
4. In the interests of privacy and confidentiality, please ensure that
you do not hold conversations with your clients in the hallway or in other
common areas.
5. Users may use the utility kitchen, for tea and coffee making facilities
only and may prepare tea/coffee for clients there.
6. Waiting Room – there is an unstaffed waiting room that is available
for use by users’ clients.
7. All users of these rooms must use the Paddock entrance only.
8. Users and their clients are not allowed to use the garden, or any other
parts of the Farm.
9. We do not accept singing or vocal-type sessions or Acupuncture sessions.
10. Users are asked to use the Upper Car Park for parking.
11. Loudwater Farm has no provision for storing hirers’ equipment
when not being used in the rooms being hired.
We ask that users of the Centre act with integrity with regard to all
areas of their work, and their relationship with the Centre.
Booking
Procedure:
Hire times must be agreed with the Loudwater Farm Management Committee.
The Hire Agreement must then be signed and returned to us with a photocopy
of your Public Liability insurance and relevant qualifications, where
required. Finally, you will be invoiced and full payment must be made
in advance of hire.
