Farm is an ideal setting when you need to get away from your normal place
of work to take stock, celebrate a good year’s work, develop strategic
plans, deliver training programmes, have a team-building day or meet with
colleagues from other parts of the country.
We are less than a mile from the M25, half way between Heathrow and the
M1 and within easy reach of the London Underground Metropolitan Line and
mainline train services. There’s plenty of free on-site parking
too.
Our meeting spaces are very flexible and we can also provide a full range
of audio-visual assistance from technical backup to a purpose-built multi-media
installation.
If it suits your needs you can make your own tea and coffee in our friendly
kitchen whenever you want, but it would give us great pleasure to cater
for you. We specialise in simple, freshly prepared food. We also have
fine dining menus for more formal occasions – please ask us for
details.

Our surroundings are idyllic and after a hard morning’s session
you’ll easily have time to take a relaxed stroll along the peaceful
River Chess before lunch.
We have 2 main halls and 2 smaller rooms for hire plus a friendly farmhouse
kitchen that is available to all our guests.
The Chess Hall is a large airy room with a high wooden ceiling. The Garden
Room which it adjoins has views of the river and is a great place to relax.
The Sanctuary is an L shaped Hall with oak beams and an intimate feel.
The Meadow Room, which it adjoins, can be used as an extension.

Our smaller meeting rooms can be hired separately, on an hourly basis,
or by session. Please contact us for rates.
Session 1 - runs from 9.00am to 1.00pm
Session 2 - runs from 1.30pm to 5.30pm
Sessions 3 - runs from 6.00pm to 10.00pm
Please contact us if you need early access or your event doesn’t
quite fit within our times.
If you want us to supply audio-visual equipment for your meeting or you
just need a flip chart and some pens, let us know and we’ll be pleased
to help.
