Hall Hire


We have two large halls available to hire:

The Chess Hall is a large airy room with a high wooden ceiling and a spacious feel, (adjoined by The Garden Room which has views of the river and is also an excellent meeting space), and the Sanctuary Hall which is an L-shaped Hall with long oak beams and an intimate feel. (The Meadow Room, which adjoins it, can also be used as an extension).


Chess Hall and Garden Room:

Available weekdays on an hourly basis, or by sessions and block bookings over weekends for workshops or larger functions.

Private Functions / Parties:

N.b: The Chess Hall has a maximum capacity of 80 people, and any amplified music must be turned off at 11pm and the building vacated by 12am.

N.b. The Sanctuary Hall & Meadow Room are only available for hire Sat-Sun.


Session 1 - Runs from 9.00am to 1.00pm

Session 2 - Runs from 1.30pm to 5.30pm

Session 3 - Runs from 6.00pm to 10.00pm

Kitchen Use

You are very welcome to use our sunny farmhouse kitchen for your catering requirements.

Farm Grounds

Our beautiful grounds are also perfect for a summer get-together with work colleagues, friends or family. Our events staff are available on request.


Marquee

We also have a 48 square meter marquee available to hire, which is fully fire retardant and available as a canopy or with sides. The cost to hire is is £550 per hire, and includes full set up and take down.

Please note that no fireworks are allowed in the grounds and no amplified music is allowed either in the grounds or in the Barn, due to close proximity to our neighbours. Thank you for your understanding.
