Children's Parties

Loudwater Farm provides an ideal setting for youngsters aged between 0-12 years. The farm boasts a perfect environment suited towards safe and fun children’s play activities.  Please see below for our special rates for childrens's parties, family days etc. (Please note, adult parties are not included in the below prices):



Chess Hall or Sanctuary Hall Weekday Rates:
(Mon - Fri only - includes use of kitchen, lounge & grounds)

Rates for 4 hour block usage:
Between 1-30 adults and children: £120
Over 30 adults and children: £180



Chess Hall or Sanctuary Hall Weekend Rates:
(Sat - Sun only - includes use of kitchen, lounge & grounds)

Rates for 4 hour block usage:
Between 1-30 adults and children: £180
Weekend rate for over 30 people: £280



Please note:
A maximum of 70 people are allowed in the Chess
Hall and 70 maximum in the Sanctuary Hall.
Parties over 4 hours incur an additional hire fee.

The Barn Weekday Rates:
(Mon - Fri only - includes use of kitchen & adjacent grounds)

Rates for 4 hour block usage:
Between 1-30 adults and children: £100
Over 30 adults and children: £150



The Barn Weekend Rates:
(Sat - Sun only - includes use of kitchen & adjacent grounds)

Rates for 4 hour block usage:
Between 1-30 adults and children: £180
Weekend rate for over 30 people: £220



Please note:
A maximum of 100 people are allowed in the Barn.
Parties over 4 hours incur an additional hire fee.
Also please note there is no amplified music allowed
in the Barn or outside in the grounds.
